6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Students must inform Tajweed Hub at least 6 hours before the session if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within this timeframe allow rescheduling within 30 days of the original session.

• If a student cancels a session less than 6 hours before the session, no refund will be granted.

• If Tajweed Hub cancels a session, a full refund will be provided and the classes will be rescheduled in a timing suitable for the student.

7. Payment Terms

• Automatic payments continue unless we receive a cancellation request.

• Students are responsible for full payment until they officially cancel their plan.
