A: If you're not satisfied with the program, you can get a 100% refund within one week of starting. no questions asked!

A: We understand that circumstances may change. If you decide to discontinue your plan at any time, you are eligible for a refund for the remaining period. Please contact our support team to process your refund.

Q6: Do you offer one-on-one classes?

A: Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one classes tailored to your individual learning needs. Whether you prefer a focused, private session or a group environment, we can accommodate your preferences.

Q5: Do you offer group classes?

A: Yes, we offer group classes where students can learn together in a collaborative environment. Groups of 4–5 students receive a 60% discount on their packages. However, group classes are not always available, as most students prefer one-on-one lessons. Please keep this in mind when considering your options.

Q7: Do you offer in-person classes?

A: Absolutely! Enjoy a discount of up to 30% when you enroll as a family. Learning together is more rewarding!

Q8: In which languages are the classes conducted?

A: Our classes are conducted in English, Arabic. But we can provide you with private tutors who speaks other languages like Spanish, Italian, Indonesian, and Urdu. We aim to provide a comfortable and accessible learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.

Q9: Is there a discount for family learning?

A: Currently, we do not offer in-person classes. However, we provide high-quality virtual classes conducted online via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Our online classes offer the same interactive and supportive learning environment as in-person sessions.

Q10: How can I track my progress and my child’s progress?

A: After each class, you’ll receive a report via email or WhatsApp detailing what your child learned, their level in the class, and the teacher’s evaluation. At the end of each month, you’ll also be asked to fill out a form to evaluate the teacher. Based on your feedback, any necessary adjustments can be made to improve the learning experience.
